In my role handling advanced cases and overseeing the new business desk for Richard McCool and Bessann Watson, I draw on my five years of experience in the industry. What motivates me is knowing that our clients receive exceptional advice, service, and products tailored to their unique needs. One aspect of my work that I particularly enjoy is guiding clients through the process of opening a new account.

On a personal note, I'm originally from North Carolina but now call the beautiful Panhandle of Florida home. Here, I'm surrounded by stunning beaches and rivers. In my free time, I love boating and soaking up the sunshine with my family. I find joy in brightening someone's day, and I truly believe that a simple smile can have a significant impact on those around me.
